My Story
My mother always told me that if you find something you love to do, you'll never work a day in your life. I find that to be the best advice I was ever given.

I was helping her make a cake for a family get-together, and she asked me to hand her the wooden spoon that she was mixing the cake batter with. The moment I picked up that wooden spoon, I knew what I wanted to do.

A simple wooden spoon defined who I am and what I do, and I could not be more thankful.
I am a determined individual with humble beginnings, driven by the desire to achieve ambitious goals. My journey into the world of baking and pastry began at the age of 15, sparked by an innate passion for the craft. By 17, I had the honor of attending the prestigious Johnson & Wales University for one year, where I began honing my skills. Now, at 25 years old, I proudly stand as the youngest entrepreneur in my family, also holding two culinary safety certifications and an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Management. Leveraging my immersive experience at Central VA Community College, I continually strive to surpass expectations. Baking and pastry artistry defines my identity, and I am committed to sharing this passion with the world.
